How does SellRamp's 90% revenue share work? +
You keep 90% of every sale. SellRamp takes a flat 10% platform fee. Stripe's standard processing (~2.9% + $0.30) comes out of the 90% you keep. There are no monthly fees, no listing fees, and no hidden costs. If you bring your own traffic (direct referral), the platform fee drops to 5% so you keep 95%.
Are there any monthly fees or hidden costs? +

Yes. SellRamp supports one-time purchases, bundles, and recurring memberships. You can also offer order bumps, upsells, and discount codes for launches and promotions.
Do you handle EU VAT, US sales tax, and international payments? +
Stripe handles payment processing globally and supports 135+ currencies. For EU VAT and US sales tax on digital goods, sellers are currently responsible for their own tax compliance, though we surface tax reports in the dashboard. Quaderno, TaxJar, and Stripe Tax integrations are on the roadmap.
Can I use my own domain? +
Yes. You can point a custom subdomain (e.g. shop.yourbrand.com) at your SellRamp storefront. Apex domain support and white-label storefronts are part of the Pro plan.
What's the refund policy? +
Sellers set their own refund policy on each product. SellRamp's default is no-refund for downloaded products (industry standard for digital goods), but you can offer refunds, partial refunds, or money-back guarantees per-product.
How does SellRamp compare to Gumroad, Etsy, or Lemon Squeezy? +
SellRamp's 10% flat fee matches Gumroad's 10% but with instant payouts (Gumroad pays weekly), and we add a 5% direct-referral tier that no other platform offers. Etsy charges 15%+ with listing fees on top. Lemon Squeezy charges 5%+processing (~8%) and pays bi-weekly.
Can I migrate from Gumroad, Payhip, or another platform? +
