1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SellRamp ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Account Creation and Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use SellRamp.
3. Digital Product Purchases
SellRamp is a marketplace for digital products including templates, courses, playbooks, tools, and GPTs. All purchases are subject to the following conditions:
- Digital products that have been downloaded are non-refundable.
- If a product has not been downloaded, buyers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at the Platform's discretion.
4. Seller Obligations
By listing products on SellRamp, sellers represent and warrant that:
- They own all rights to the content they sell, or have obtained proper authorization to distribute it.
- The products are legal to sell in all jurisdictions where SellRamp operates.
- Product descriptions are accurate and not misleading.
- They will respond to buyer inquiries and refund requests in a timely manner.
5. Platform Fees
SellRamp charges a 10% platform fee on each successful sale. Sellers receive the remaining 90% of the sale price. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are separate and deducted by Stripe before the payout reaches the seller.
6. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to balance buyer protection with fair treatment of sellers:
- Downloaded products: No refunds are available once a digital product has been downloaded.
- Undownloaded products: Buyers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded.
- Defective products: If a product is materially different from its description or non-functional, buyers may contact us for resolution regardless of download status.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software comprising the SellRamp platform are the intellectual property of SellRamp. Sellers retain ownership of the products they upload. By listing a product, sellers grant SellRamp a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the product on the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
SellRamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellRamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending payouts may be withheld if fraud is suspected.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
